Dear applicant,
From 9th february, the BLS Centre in Moscow will receive the applications for national visas to Portugal. The applications of National visas will be accepted at Moscow, Center only.
If you already had an appointment, you do not need to reschedule.
There are currently no additional slots for appointment.

The applications for National visa for the following type of applicants can be submitted at BLS Moscow without prior appointment. However please note that they will be accepted as and when a free window appears or they can use our additional services of Priority Submission. 1. Family member of Portugal Citizen and Resident, 2. Students 3. Applicants with Employment Contract.
